  • Implement Project S.A.F.E. __Secure Assets, Facilities and Environment, A powerful new program designed to quickly and cost-effectively identify building and security system vulnerabilities, prioritize security needs, and structure a realistic implementation plan.
  • The Project S.A.F.E. program is the proven investigation/implementation methodology the U.S. Air Force selected to safeguard its Colorado Springs Academy cadets and facilities.
  • TGO provided the physical security vulnerability and threat assessment portion for this particular project.
     

 Robins Air Force Base

  • Implemented Project S.A.F.E.
  • TGO conducted the Threat and Vulnerability Assessment, applying its Perimeter and Approach (P&A) methods, and assisted in conducting CBR attack modeling, HVAC studies, and Facilities and Utilities Assessment.
  • Vulnerabilities to airmen's dormitory campus, the base perimeter, and storage of hazardous materials, explosives, and volatile liquid gas were identified and assessed.
  • Recommendations were made to mitigate risks.

 

 

  Illinois Department of Transportation

 

  • TGO assessed threats and vulnerabilities to state highway infrastructure; assessments included bridges, facilities, pump stations, and others.
  • Communications interoperability capabilities were assessed and recommendations made regarding remedial actions.
  • Worked with Federal & State Bureau of Investigation, State Police, and IDOT officials in a coordinated effort utilizing proven methodologies to determine critical asset vulnerabilities to various terror threats and prepared recommendations to mitigate those threats cost effectively.

  • TGO provided preliminary physical security and threat assessments to the architectural staff of a major corporation during the construction phases of their new Corporate World Headquarters at Miami, Florida.
  • The overall objective of this initiative was to make recommendations regarding methods of hardening the building against both conventional and non-conventional threats such that changes to the building can be effected while still under construction
